01 / Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse
HESS does not tolerate sexual exploitation, abuse or harassment. Staff, representatives, volunteers and partners are expected to uphold safe conduct, protect affected people and use responsible referral and reporting channels.
02 / Child safeguarding
HESS recognises that the welfare of children is paramount. Safeguarding applies to board members, staff, volunteers, contractors and anyone acting on behalf of the organisation.
03 / Anti-fraud and bribery
HESS protects programme resources through prevention, detection, reporting and proportionate response. Conflicts of interest must be declared and no person is authorised to pay a bribe on behalf of HESS.
